Frequently asked questions

  • Contact
    • You can contact us via email at info@bananaleafstudio.co.uk or via direct message on Instagram (@bananaleafstudio). You should receive a reply within the day, if not 1-2 business days.
  • New products
    • As I am currently running the shop as a part-time venture, I aim to bring out new products every month or so, if not every few months. However, this is picking up as we head towards the festive season, so please follow @bananaleafstudio on Instagram for updates. 
  • Gift Cards
    • We currently do not offer gift cards.

Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide and prices do vary. If you have any specific questions re: rates and upgrades, don't hesitate to get in contact. We currently do NOT offer tracking, unless specifically requested (please contact for details). 
  • Following the passing of the late Queen, Royal Mail's planned strike action will now take place 30th September and 1st October. This may mean significant delays to your order, once it has been shipped. Please bear this in mind if purchasing as a gift etc. 
  • Shipping times vary, but at the moment domestic (UK) shipping takes 3-5 days, once posted. Europe takes approx. a week, USA, AUS, NZ and rest of the world 7-14 days. 

Returns, refunds & exchanges

  • We do not accept returns OR exchanges. 
  • We would be happy to consider offering a replacement, if you provide sufficient evidence that damage to your order happened before delivery.
  • If you receive an order damaged in transit and would prefer a refund, this can also be considered with sufficient evidence provided, the same as above.
